Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using jeremybird.design (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Ownership and content
All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, imagery, code, and case-study narratives — is the intellectual property of Jeremy Bird unless otherwise noted. Case-study content is shared for portfolio purposes; client work, metrics, and outcomes are described with the engagement context and any applicable confidentiality boundaries in mind.
You may quote or reference content for the purposes of recruiting evaluation, journalism, or commentary with proper attribution. Wholesale republication, redistribution, or use of the content for commercial training data, summarization services, or competing portfolio compilations is not permitted without prior written consent.
Confidential case studies
Some case studies are gated by a shared password. By requesting and using a password, you agree to keep the underlying case study content confidential, not to redistribute it, and not to attempt to recover or share information about the project outside the recruiting/hiring context for which access was granted.
Third-party links and embeds
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (Calendly, Medium, LinkedIn, and others). Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or data practices of third-party services.
No professional advice
Content on the Site (case studies, writing, frameworks) is shared for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice tailored to any specific situation.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeremy Bird disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
